1. Sent in LLP Operating Agreement to Attorney along with NYS LLP Filing Fee form.
2. Downloaded NYC Restaurant Business Guide.
3. Called the NYC Integrity Commission (Sue Ginsberg: 212-676-6219 - 100 Church St. 20th Floor): requested list of Rules & Regulations re: Guide to Commercial Refuse for Business Consumers. Also requested list of NYC carters.
4. Called Harry the plumber.
5. Met with lawyer/expeditor for liquor license.
6. Called J. Bressler: Artist-left message.
7. Received application form from Pratt Institute Center for Community and Environmental Development (PICCED) re: NYSERDA - New York State Energy $mart Audit Program.
8. Received email from Brian Buckley Restaurant Consultant. Says he will be available after the holidays.
9. Letter sent from liquor expeditor (12/13) to Community Board #6 re: intent to apply for liquor license.
10. Received Letter of Intent to Lease from Landlord of commercial property we intend to rent.
11. Set up appointment with Business Outreach Center to do a site visit and obtain copy of lease for Friday: 9:30.
12. Have meeting with bar designer at 10:00 a.m.
13. Meeting with Ralph M., restaurant consultant, 2:00 p.m. Friday.
