Meet our Cook

Today we met with who I would like to think will be our "our secret weapon": Roberto. Roberto is a sharp guy, an incredible cook with a keen flair for creating incredible dishes. We presented him with an opportunity to work for and with us and he is as interested as we are. We met with him at the 'space' and gave him the tour of what is destined to become Bogota Bistro on 5th Avenue in Park Slope. We discussed various issues including kitchen equipment and layout in addition to salary. We shared our vision for our restaurant and the position we envision for him as head kitchen guy. Very productive meeting.
