Bogota Update

Just hired an architect. Will begin drawings this week. Met with restaurant design consultant (Jackie). She will wait for architectural renderings before beginning work on the kitchen. She needs an inventory needs list and a $500 deposit to be used towards equipment purchase. Estimates it will cost $30,000 in total for equipment. Suggests we seek bank financing for equipment.
