Call Me Biased
Call me biased. It's okay and I would understand. I am the owner (well, I am one of the 2 owners of Bogota) and if I do say so myself I must tell you our food is good. It is good food. As i am typing this, I am sitting at table 70 which, in my fair and honest opinion, happens to be the best table in the house and I just finished eating a skirt steak chimichurri. I've eaten a LOTS of restaurants along the way towards opening up Bogota and I have to convey my thoughts on the skirt steak to you in these short words:
Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
We serve very good food here. When I think about why anyone would still be eating at our closest competitor of similar food, I can't help but think 2 things:
They don't know any better; or
They must be on a very tight budget.
Bottom line is: we serve delicious food here. And the portions? Let me tell you this much?
I am stuffed!
