The Good Spirit Restaurant: Allentown Pennsylvania / 1981

It all began just over 20 years ago in the quiet little town of Allentown, Pennsylvania. I was in high school at the time when a new restaurant was in the process of opening and I applied for a job as a dishwasher. I was only 16 years old when the Good Spirit Restaurant took me on not as a dishwasher but as a busboy. That's me in the back with the bushy hair. Hey, be kind! It was the early 80's, remember?!
