Another One Bites the Dust

So, we lost another employee. In this case it was a busboy. He decided to just not show up for work one day....didn't even tell us although, it turns out, he informed others of his decision.

If there's anything worse than having great employees leave, it's having bad ones stay. In this case, the individual took themselves out of the equation which is fine by us. His departure left us wondering why we put up with him and his attitude for as long as we did.

My friend Marybeth said it best, "So, he decided he didnt' want to work for someone who corrected bad behavior!" I busted out laughing when she said that.
"Basically, yes."
