Pre-Brunch Jitters
Tomorrow feels just as it felt the night before our opening. Tomorrow we open for Sunday brunch. We haven't announced it...we're simply opening our doors and seeing what happens.
It also means a very long day for me. It is now 1:42 a.m., I am still at the restaurant and I need to be here to open the restaurant tomorrow in addition to going to Jetro to buy items for tomorrow's (or should I refer to it as TODAY'S! breakfast).
I can't believe that I am giving up hours that are precious to me (time not in the restaurant) to open up on Sunday. I'm going to miss my that freedom.
On another note, I have to say that the music the kitchen staff plays at the end of the night while they're cleaning up is TERRIBLE!
