Bogota Mailbag: Letter from Iris A

Dear George and Farid:

Several of my co-workers located at the Manhattan jobsite downtown had visited your restaurant on numerous occasions. Everyone had great raves about the food and atmosphere! KUDOS to you.

My Latin heritage extents from Spain to the Island of Puerto Rico to the hills of Colombia; being diverse in the arena has made me aware my love for culture and food. I can thank my father for that!

I will be visiting your neighborhood in the very near future to explore your wonderful restaurant. Working in the Construction Industry does not leave much time for homemade cooking. Therefore, when an opportunity comes along regarding great tasting Latin food I will jump on it, even if it means traveling for it.

Currently I am assigned in Delaware and will be wrapping up in several weeks. Do you know of any places/hotels/motels in your area to stay (near your restaurant)? I am making this visit a weekend trip.
