Forwarding an Email to the Bogota Staff

Hey Bogota Staff: I received the following letter yesterday. I wanted to pass along the "THANKS" to not just those who worked last night (Valentine's Day) but to each and every one of you for helping inspire letters such as this one. Thank you.

"Hi Farid and George,

Congratulations on what seemed to be a pretty successful valentines evening. There were tons of couples and groups of friends there and the valentines specials were great, my girl fell in love with the "coconut-kiss", it tasted great. That Argentinean arepa with the guava and cream cheese was great too, where do you get all these great recipes from?

The waitress Paola was also very nice and friendly to us, even the help that the bus boys and food runners give is great, you have a good team over there . . . I know I'm not an owner or anything but I would love to see this place succeed because of how good it is, even branch out maybe in long island or queens and get people hooked like I am... Thanks again for your hospitality and great food.
