Thoughts on Last Night in Bogota / Brahma Beer Promotion tomorrow

Last night, Monday, was a really nice night at the restaurant. It wasn’t too busy but it was busy enough to keep the servers working throughout the night and make some decent money too. I’m always grateful when my servers have a good night tip-wise. I have great servers and I want them to earn decent money at Bogota.

Tomorrow is the Brahma Beer promotion featuring a couple of Brazilian drummers, some dancers and some models sponsored by Brazil's latest import: Brahma Beer. It should be fun.
