Bogota Latin Bistro Specials

Appetizers:
1. Sweet Plantain & Black Bean Empanada sweet plantain (maduros), black beans and roasted poblano peppers with cotija cheese, served with sour cream $4.
2. Lentil Salad with Goat Cheese lentils over mixed greens with balsamic dressing, topped with goat cheese and tostones $8.
3. Ceviche de Tilapia tilapia “cooked” in lime & lemon juices with celery, red pepper, red onion & cilantro, served with popcorn garnish $10.
4. Patacon Con Todo flattened green plantain, shredded skirt steak, shredded chicken, grated queso blanco, served with chimichurri sauce and guacamole $10.
5. “Chifrijo” costa rican snack that consists of white rice, red beans, pico de gallo, avocado and chicharron (fried pork belly) $10.

7. Chuletas Empanisado fried breaded pork chops with chipotle sauce served with creamy cilantro corn rice and grilled chayote $16.
8. “El Casado” chicken stew served with gallo pinto (black bean cilantro rice mixture) maduros, grilled chayote and cabbage salad $16.
9. Shrimp Tacos shrimp sautéed with garlic, red onions, cilantro, jalapeno & tequila topped with pico de gallo, served with salsa verde, yucca steak fries & tropical cole slaw $18.
