Friday Nights at Bogota Bistro

I never look forward to Friday nights. Of course, those are the nights that are needed to be busy in order for the restaurant to have enough income to pay the month's bills. Busy Friday nights are a good thing.

However, it gets SO busy in here often on Friday nights that the entire place turns into a circus with SO many people in here including not only all the customers eating, waiting to be seated, and drinking at the bar but it also includes all the employees too.

Weekend nights in Bogota are very busy. I hope tonight we don't get those customers who walk into a very busy and large neighborhood restaurant and don't expect there to be some delay.

One can hope.

Bogota: Designer--Kate Webb

Every so often I'll be asked who designed this place. I get many customers walking in here for the very first time "ooohing" and "aaahing" about the look of the restaurant.

Bogota Latin Bistro was designed by architect Kate Webb who did such a tremendous job creating a unique look for us.
