Dear Mrs. Sara Odam's Mom
Dear Bogota Bistro:I have not been to your place yet but am looking forward to visiting over Father’s Day weekend. I am Sara Odam’s Mom. I am so looking forward to meeting you guys face to face, Sara has talked about the time she has spent there with you. I like to check you blog to see if you have any more pictures of what she is painting for you. Can’t wait to see it all up close. Any chance of an up dated picture of what she is painting? See you all in June.

This Looks Like A Fun Place To Work
I find it amusing when job applicants tell me that, based on their experience eating here, they feel it would be so much fun working at Bogota Bistro. I wish I had a dollar for every time I heard that.I always tell them that behind the scenes a LOT of work goes into making sure that everyone has a great customer experience here at Bogota. The customer experience here is completely different from that of the employee experience. To work at Bogota means you have to bust your butt making sure that the customer has a great experience here. Working here and dining here are two different things.
Hiring a customer to work here pretty much means that I'll be losing them as a customer and completely changing their experience of the restaurant to that of employee. I don't think people realize that. I'd rather retain the person as a customer than lose them completely.
