Bogota Latin Bistro is now hiring an Assistant Manager and Floor Manager. Warmth towards guests and enjoyment of floor service are a must along with an interest in building on the strength of the restaurant with an eye toward expansion. If you have a passion for food, Latin culture and hard work to bring to the table along with a talent for working as a team – you are our candidate. Ideal candidate must be able to multitask, work as a team leader, be dedicated, pay attention to detail and have high-level of self-organization. A rigorous understanding of FOH labor is a must. The restaurant staff will include 60 associates. Intensive but rewarding experience is guaranteed.
